With majestic Ymir Peak as a backdrop, you can hop off the lift and head in any direction; it is all interesting and fun! Within Whitewater, you'll find something for everyone. Trees, bowls, steeps, groomed cruisers and gentle out of the way beginner areas.
What sets Whitewater apart from other resort areas is the step back in time. Its rustic, full service day lodge has all that's important, an award winning menu, cold brew and friendly folks.
New to Whitewater for the 2003 season is the unveiling of our new Nordic
Centre. Nearly 20 kms of cross country terrain and a newly accessed
collection of incomparable mountainscape views. The supernatural backcountry
surrounding Whitewater is a place for adventure, peace and above all -
respect. Before venturing out of bounds, Whitewater management strongly
recommends all enthusiasts be equipped with backcountry knowledge and gear.
